Ginny is incredibly encouraging and reassuring, striking the perfect balance between explaining the key terms and some of the less physical aspects of yoga, and helping me build up to the key poses, always giving different options depending on how comfortable I feel. I leave each class feeling strong, relaxed and peaceful.
Ginny's teaching is very grounding and accessible. She brings something else - a genuine sense that time has stood still and it is OK to take your time and do your poses and movements properly, feeling the effects in your own time.
